We accept most public and private insurance plans. We are contracted with Regence, Premera, First Choice, United, Aetna, Cigna, L & I, and Medicare.

All new patients are recommended to complete paperwork prior to their appointment. This may be done prior to the appointment and through our electronic medical record (EMR) portal (see link below).

We strive to accommodate our patients with convenient locations as well as rapid appointment availability. Call 206-623-1334 for scheduling.

We are happy to review your imaging reports prior to your appointment. We believe working with the patient is vital to achieving an excellent outcome.
